PRELIBATO - ein Condimento Bianco von Acetaia Malpighi

Der Prelibato von der Acetaia Malpighi ist ein Condimento Bianco - ein weißer Balsamico aus den besten Trebbiano Modenese-Trauben, deren Most mindestens 5 Jahre in Eschenholzfässern reift, die ihm Duft und Cremigkeit verleihen, ohne seine helle und klare Farbe zu verändern. Weißer Balsamico mit einer Dichte von 1,22.

Prelibato | weißer Balsamico

Prelibato von der Acetaia Malpighi aus 100% weißem Traubenmost ist ein fast vollständig transparenter und von unvorstellbarer Aromendichte geprägter weißer Balsamico. Das absolut reinste und sauberste, was wir an weißem Balsamico je probierten. Der Malpighi Prelilbato passt herrlich zu Fischgerichten aus Fluss und Meer, Krustentieren, Weichtieren, Kaviar oder frischen Früchten, aber natürlich ist er auch köstlich in Verbindung mit Olivenöl als Salatdressing. Du kannst den Prelibato weißen Balsamico überall da verwenden, wo Dich ein dunkler Essig von der Farbe her stören würde.
